Development of 54 new homes in sought after location within Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. MCW has been responsible for obtaining planning consent, purchase of land and delivery of the scheme in accordance with the Section 106 Agreement. This Agreement requires delivery of 19 Affordable Homes which MCW is delivering via a partnership with Ateb.
The scheme comprises an exiting mix of 2,3 and 4 bedroom houses and bungalows in addition to 1-bed retirement units and stunning 2-bed duplex apartments.
Work commenced on site in April 2024, with first units scheduled for completion in early 2025. All units are being delivered through a fabric first MMC approach, with electric heat pumps and enhanced PV generation, resulting in efficient, low running cost EPC A-rated units. This approach is being adopted across the open sale and Affordable homes.
