Despite a challenging winter period, works at Bryn Hir remain firmly on programme, with significant progress being made across the development.
Key milestones achieved to date include:
- Completion of site clearance works in accordance with the EPS Licence.
- Completion of the advance archaeological strip, map and record works.
- Substantial completion of the Section 278 highway works to form the new entrance from Narberth Road.
- Earthworks and drainage works across the development site are well advanced.
- Foundation works have now commenced.
- Landscaping and planting works are being established early in the project.
Once complete, Bryn Hir will provide 125 high-quality, energy-efficient homes for the local community, helping to deliver much-needed affordable housing across Pembrokeshire.
