MCW is delighted to announce that we have been named the winner of the prestigious Constructing Excellence in Wales (CEW) SME of the Year Award (1–50 Employees) at the 2026 CEW Awards, held on 12 June 2026.
The CEW SME of the Year Award recognises businesses that demonstrate excellence across every aspect of their organisation—from sustainable business growth and commercial success to investing in people, operational excellence, innovation and creating lasting value within the communities they serve.
In announcing MCW as the winner, the judges said:
“This company had a very clear and sustainable growth strategy underpinned by investment in its people, operational capability, and the local community. Their submission reflected a business focused not only on commercial success, but also on delivering lasting social and economic value within the regions in which they operate.”
